Sunday afternoon Concert - 2:00 pm
The West End Conservatory
Silent Auction - (Saturday only)
Bidding open until 4:00 pm for artworks donated by the exhibiting artists
The West End Conservatory is the story of a vision shared by two Milwaukee jazz musicians Neil Davis and Isaiah Joshua. After years of planning they formed the music school in February of 2013 and named it for the location on W. Vliet Street. After more than three years in operation the community response has been explosive. They're sustaining top level instruction plus a musically ambitious level of recital performances by faculty, local and touring guest artists in the Conservatory's performance space. Expect the concert to be full of jazz standards and improvisation featuring performances by WEC students as well as members of the 15-person faculty.
