Dear Morning Glory Artists:

Here is some additional, miscellaneous info we hope will be helpful during your time at Morning Glory.

Hospitality   A continental Grab and Go breakfast will be available 8:45-10 am on Saturday. On Sunday from 8:45-10 am there will be a warm buffet available. Breakfasts are held on the south side of the Marcus Center. You will receive your meal tickets at registration and must have a ticket and be wearing your name badge to enter the hospitality area. The outside colonnade area will have ice water available all day. On Saturday only Starbucks, located in Red Arrow Park just to the east of the skating rink, will be offering free coffee to artists from 6-10 am. You must be wearing your name badge to identify yourself as an artist. The Starbucks’ offer applies only to regular coffee, not specialty coffee or other drinks. Please thank Starbucks for their generosity

 Starbucks offers a variety of food throughout the weekend. The Marcus Center will have Sazama’s River’s Edge Patio open throughout the weekend. They are located on the Marcus grounds near the MG Information Booth and offer a variety of grilled food, veggie wraps, soda, wine and beer. Their menu will be included in your registration packet. Also, a variety of food trucks will be parked on Water Street in front of Red Arrow Park.
Awards Reception   Please join your fellow artists at 5:30 pm on Saturday for an awards reception. Light snacks and cash bar will be available on the south side of the Marcus Center.
Booth Sitters   If you will need a booth sitter, please sign up at registration. Volunteers will be available between noon and 4 pm both Saturday and Sunday. If you have an emergency and need immediate assistance, please call Beth Hoffman’s cell 262-894-0038 (her number is also on the back of your name badge).
Silent Auction   Saturday only. We thank you and truly appreciate your generosity in making a donation. Partial proceeds will benefit CERF+, the go-to organization for both emergency relief and risk prevention resources for artists. Volunteers will be picking up your donation on Saturday morning, or you can drop them off at the Silent Auction table on the Peck Pavilion stage.
   All restrooms are located indoors, access through either front or rear door of the Marcus. Restrooms are also at Starbucks in Red Arrow Park. There is an ATM located just inside and to the left of the front door of the Marcus. There is also an ATM at Starbucks and the Intercontinental Hotel on Kilbourn Avenue across from the show.
Booth Sign   We require that you display the booth sign given to you at registration.
Storage   Must be kept within your booth space. No storage allowed in the grove of trees or on the sidewalk/stairs.
Smoking   No smoking allowed in the booths. If you must smoke, please do so away from the booths and customers and do not discard cigarette booths on the grounds. No smoking within 30’ of buildings.

 Name Badges   You must wear your name badge for entry into the hospitality area and for free coffee at Starbucks (Saturday only).

WI Tax
   Local tax rate is 5.6%. You must collect and report your Wisconsin sales tax. Tax forms will be given out at check-in and volunteers will be coming around to collect them.
There is no early packing up on Sunday! The show closes at 5 pm and all artists are expected to stay until the end of the show. Please do not even think about moving your vehicle and parking it early on Sunday to hold a spot for loading. Pack up your merchandise and tent, then get your vehicle.
